Since the beginning of this new journey in Hattrick, one of the key principles for our teams has been to search for, train, and nurture young footballers. However, until now, the results have been less than inspiring, with only a few exceptions.
We pondered and analyzed the issue, realizing that a significant portion of the players coming through our youth academies didn't immediately have market appeal, even though they showed promise for the future. Unable to sell them and struggling to find them a place in the first team, we were often forced to release them. This resulted in both a financial and time drain.

Unable to sell them and struggling to find them a place in the first team, we were often forced to release them. This resulted in both a financial and time drain.

As a response, we've decided to take action to limit this phenomenon. Our goal for the next two seasons is to sufficiently develop at least a couple of players per team so that they can secure positions in other clubs and advance their careers. After careful analysis, we've restructured and adjusted the rosters of our three teams to ensure that we always have at least two young talents being trained.
We hope to achieve the desired results in the coming seasons...
